Draft. A solicitor checks these terms before anyone can sign up.

Terms

The terms for ready-made tools from Brandon Rutlidge, such as the Podcast Clip Generator.

Who we are

The tools are made and run by Brandon Rutlidge [To add: how the business is set up, for example a sole trader]. Postal address: [To add: the business address (an accountant’s or a virtual office)]. Email: contact@brandonrutlidge.com.

Who can sign up

You must be 18 or over. For now the tools are for customers in the UK only.

What the Podcast Clip Generator does

You upload a podcast episode. The tool makes YouTube videos of about 7 minutes and captioned Shorts from it, with titles, descriptions and hashtags. The clips and words are picked and written by AI, so they can be wrong. Check them before you post them.

Prices

Hours are counted by the length of each episode you upload. They go back to full each time a month is paid, and unused hours don’t carry over. A job that fails doesn’t use any hours. These are launch prices: you keep yours for as long as you stay subscribed. No VAT is charged.

The free trial

Renewing and cancelling

Your plan renews every month until you cancel. Cancel in one click, any time, from My tools or from the link in any of our emails. Your plan stops at the end of the month you’ve paid for (or at the end of the trial), and you won’t be charged again.

Your right to cancel

You have 14 days from the day you sign up to change your mind and cancel, without giving a reason. To do this, cancel in My tools, or email contact@brandonrutlidge.com saying you want to cancel. You can use this form if you like:

To Brandon Rutlidge, [To add: the business address], contact@brandonrutlidge.com: I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following service: [the tool and plan]. Signed up on: [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [date].

Refunds

I have a 100% refund policy. If you aren’t happy with a tool, contact me at contact@brandonrutlidge.com and you get your money back. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.
